Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing, procurement and delivery follow-up
• Negotiate and ensure achievement of the most competitive cost
• Manage suppliers in order to fulfill company standard requirement in term of technology, quality, logistic and cost
• Monitor quantity of stock and replenish when necessary
• Responsible for sourcing and gathering of market information between department
• Develop cost reduction strategies
• Custom compliance and record maintenance
• Supplier management and performance monitoring
• Prepared summary quotes, generates purchase order, prepared monthly cost saving and project report

Requirements:

• Diploma in related discipline
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in managing outsourcing and materials localization project in manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with wide vendors network/supply chain capabilities.
• Resourceful, organised and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate, familiar with Ms Office

• Capable of handling full set of accounts and assist in ad-hoc function when necessary.
• Prepare relevant schedule for financial statement.
• Prepare all financial related reconciliation.
• Identify and resolving basic accounting issues and provide recommendation to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a LCCI Diploma / Intermediate Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Production Planner

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Industrial / materials planning / other related field
• Min 2 years of working experience in production planning & scheduling in plastic manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to monitor production progress against planning schedule
• Knowledge of MRP and proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required
• Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
• Raw Material monitoring and machine scheduelling

Technician

Responsibilities:

• Able to read & interpret mechanical drawing and prepare check sheet.
• To follow-up internal mold testing as checking on tested sample.
• Responsible for upgrading, troubleshooting, providing solution and to resolve electrical/ hydraulic/pneumatic system and plastic molding machineries.
• To organize preventive/ pro-active maintenance program as per schedules and downtime control.
• Evaluate and implement continuous improvements for higher operational on all facilities equipment.
• Knowledge of machine tool usage and machining process.
• Visual quality inspection of parts for defects and take correction action in order to reduce scrap.
• To monitor machining hour and machine usage.
• To follow ISO9001 and EMS ISO 14001 together with 5S practice in the work place at all times.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/SPMV/IKM/KISMEC or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the operating of Injection Moulding Machine.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Age between 23-38
• Able to work on shift or irregular hours, if required.
• Able to work independently and be able to act as team player.
• Strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure and dateline.
