Corporate Background

Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd is established since 1976 and was founded by a group of businessman as a private company that specializes in plastic injection business.

Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd has since then grown steadily and positioned itself as a leading manufacturer in supplying quality plastic product throughout South East Asia.

Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd then became a wholly-own subsidiary of Tecnic Group Berhad, a public listed company which traded in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) Malaysia since 1995 .
Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd is controlled by its major shareholder, Dato’ Gan Kim Huat, who has more than 40 years of experience in the plastic industry and he is also Chairman of another public listed group named SKP Resources Berhad based in Johor, Malaysia.

Subsidiaries of Tecnic Group has merged with SKP Resources in year ended 2015.

Combined strength of Tecnic and SKP makes us one of the largest plastic company in Malaysia amassing 400+ units of injection machine and revenue in excess of US$ 200 million per annum.

SKP with its group of subsidiaries has over 40 years of manufacturing experience provides one-stop solution to its world-class and loyal clientele in various industries, mainly consumer and industrial packaging, consumer electronics, computing and peripherals, audio, home appliances, OEM custom molding industry, visual and automotive from design, electro-mechanical parts, modules to complete product manufacturing services.
