Is recycling plastic, the right option? YES, with the current technology using recycled plastics is the best option. As there is more demand for recycled plastics, more researches poured into increasing the recycling rate and quality of plastics. Recycled plastic resin produces 60-80% lower carbon emission compared to virgin plastic resin. Other than that, increasing the usage of recycled plastic can decrease the amount of oil and gas required and hence highly reduce carbon emissions.

At PlasticTecnic, we highly encourage recycling plastics in our manufacturing site, as well as encouraging clients to recycle their plastics. We have established a buyback program to ease the recycling process for our client. In Malaysia, recycling is not as convenient as in other nations, where recycles will be collect at your front door. Therefore, with the buyback program, we will collect the customer’s plastic waste after our product delivery, which reduces the logistics footprint and increases recycling amount.
