WORK LIFE BALANCE

Everybody have a different daily schedule. Some might find it difficult to meet punctuality due to various reasons. PlasticTecnic allows employee to select their own working hour based on their needs.

Not everything can be predicted, some employees may need some time off for their private matters. Therefore we allow employee to have a 2-hour time off for any urgent matters.
